The idea for Women Who Create grew out of a passion for building a community where creative women of color could connect, thrive, and lead.
As the founder, I had the privilege of directing its growth and guiding the vision, working alongside a passionate team of volunteers who made it all possible. Together, we created programs and initiatives that have made a lasting impact on thousands of lives.

Mentorship Program
Our mentorship program has connected over 3,000 creative women with experienced mentors in advertising, fashion, music, and tech. These relationships have been transformative, offering mentees the guidance and support needed to navigate their industries with confidence.
Charisa
Charisa is our mentorship app that makes creative connections accessible, bridging the gap between aspiring creatives and seasoned professionals. Crowdfunded and supported by our community, Charisa is on its way to make mentorship a global movement.
Events
WWC hosts events that inspire, educate, and connect creatives. From NYC meetups to virtual summits, we bring industry leaders and aspiring professionals together to share insights and build meaningful connections.
